.... I am sipping on a glass of Asara, Bell Tower 2005, and let me tell you, Beautiful. One of our dear friends gave this, in a collection of "oh to die for" wines, as a wedding gift to hubby and I (sure it's still fine if I drink it alone ;-) The gift that keeps on giving... Thank you Football Engineer.
This is really an easy drinking wine, no food needed, perfectly matured.
- Nose: old earthy smell
- Op die tong: Sweet soft cherry
- Pallet: Lingering light wooden after taste
What a beautiful wine to start the journey, keep an eye out for this, it's a must try....
