Dinner tonight

Tonight we are having some great friends over for dinner and hubby is cooking. Hmmmm... he decided to do this beautiful Blue cheese & pear Salmon dish, with his own unique twist, I can't wait.  I am getting quite excited to shop for a selection of appropriate white wines that will stand up to such a rich dish.
